I grew up in the era of the Fast and The Furious, As a kid those movies were everything. The super fast cars, the skinny model's wearing short skirt's and short shirt's. The flames shooting out of the exhaust. The sounds of the Turbo and that blow off valve making super loud sick noises. The role of a bad ass Vin Diesel and the legend himself Paul Walker. The series The Fast and The Furious is what truly got me involved with the car community and wanting to pursue a passion with cars.
Most my High School Career all I ever thought about were cars. Most my Research Papers, Accounting & Marketing projects had to deal with some form of a car or a car part. When someone mentioned my name in High School most people knew me as the Car Guy. My favorite was being in my Marketing II class, We had to come up a drink to Advertise, Sale, & Promote. Well I got the Idea of turning Juice Box's that I bought at the local Wal-Mart and turned them into a Energy Drink Called Spoolin Turbos ( Oh to be in High School again )
My Father was a Mechanic, He worked from sun rise to sun down five sometimes six days a week and played music several nights a week as well to just put food on the table and support the family. My Father opened up a shop in Springfield MO. He worked hard and he did it right, I walked to his shop often after school throughout Middle and High School, I would observe and admire everything he did, I truly learned a lot from my Father in that shop and still to this day he is my Number 1 go to guy when needing a issue resolved with a car. I also learned a lot of what i know from books believe it or not.
Here it is 5 years later outside of High School and my passion for car's is still the same as it was years ago.
I enjoy every form of a car and what it has to offer.
Drag Racing, Street Racing, Drifting, Car Shows.
You Name I have done it.
After High School I met some RAD DUDES!!!! Several Guys I never knew. People I met in the middle of parking lots admiring each others vehicles. I have memories with them and they will last a life time I'll never forget the times I have had with several people.
Jared Hobbs,o Justin Old, Brian Edwards, Tanner Bennett, Ian Betty, Adam Fischer Josh Lyman, These are a select few I have had the honor of making memories with.
From learning how to paint, learning about other motors, learning about turbos, learning how to wire things, helping others with there projects, riding street bikes, traveling hours away to events, listening to why others do it, Is simply why I enjoy it so much.
It is a life long passion and I'm starting to write about my experiences, event coverage's, personal builds, companies I support, as well as taking photos and writing up features for other individuals that deserve the much needed appreciation.
